Align
MSG confirms the mission, requirements, outcomes, compliance boundaries, delivery organization, and mobilization path before execution begins.
Secure
Boundaries, risks, controls, and evidence are defined first — RMF-aligned where the customer operates under RMF, and NIST 800-53 informed everywhere else.
Integrate
People, platforms, data, and partners are connected with named interface owners. Workshare boundaries with teaming partners are written down, not assumed.
Execute
Cost, schedule, quality, and acceptance are tracked against the customer's definition of done, with documented program controls led by the COO.
Strengthen
Readiness, resilience, and measurable improvement — including a documented decision to continue, revise, contain, or stop.
