Shelly M. McElveen
Shelly M. McElveen is a U.S. Army veteran and cybersecurity and technology executive with 20+ years supporting DoD and federal missions. Her leadership spans RMF/A&A/ATO, enterprise security, systems engineering, technology modernization, mission integration, vulnerability and POA&M management, and geographically dispersed, multi-region Pacific modernization environments. She holds an M.S. in Cybersecurity and CISSP, CEH, SSCP, and Security+ CE credentials. As Founder and CEO, she holds final authority for MSG strategy, corporate governance, security, technology, federal-market commitments, partner strategy, and executive customer accountability.
Jason R. McElveen
Jason R. McElveen is a U.S. Marine Corps and Army veteran and operations and logistics executive with 25+ years across Army aviation, sustainment, transportation, deployment and redeployment, theater distribution, supply-chain coordination, and complex project execution. He holds an MBA and PMP credential. As COO, he holds enterprise authority for MSG's operating model, capture and teaming, mobilization, scalable resourcing, logistics, schedules, partner performance, risk controls, and acceptance-ready delivery.
